I love this quilted look! This fun card is another convention swap by an unknown creator! (If it is your creation just let me know and I will update my blog post to give you credit!) This Designer Series Paper is a favorite of mine and it is a great pattern for this technique! The quilted look just does not show up in the photo as well as it does in "real life." I need to do this technique in a class yet so you can see just how easy it is!
