Sparkling Happy Birthday Wishes

You're Lovely

I love how the little strip of glimmer paper and the rhinestones on the flowers give this very simple card a touch of elegance! Even though the You're Lovely set is no longer available this card layout will be very repeatable with fun new things from the 2014 Inspire, Create, Share Catalog! New papers, new stamps, new ribbons, more glimmer paper choices, and the Deco Framelits, along with some other fun new accessories will come together to make more fantastic cards like this one! I can't wait to share it all with you! Thanks for stopping by!

Double-ended Scallop Tag

Scallop Tag Topper

I love this use for the Scallop Tag Topper punch! Everything about this card makes me happy! My youngest grandson loved me singing this song to him (now that is love, because I can't sing! lol!) so I had to get this Sale-a-bration set just for sentimental reasons! I really love our Smoky Slate cardstock and paired up with Daffodil Delight it makes a stunning color combo! Pocket Gifts

I love making fun, inexpensive little gifts to give away! The scallop tag topper punch is the perfect tool to make a pocket for fun little gifts like pens, nail files, pencils, etc.! Just make your tag the length that you need it to be; punch out two of them; fold down the flap on one; adhere the sides and bottom together; and embellish!

I know that the Petal Parade stamp set is no longer available but any flowers can be substituted for this easy, quick, layout and color combo. You Make Me Happy

Banners Framelit Dies

I made a lot of cards during Sale-a-bration with the Sweet Sorbet paper! I loved that paper! I also love the Petal Parade stamp set. Believe it or not when I first saw it in the brochure I was not too excited...but I was getting it for free so I decided to play with it. It ended up being my favorite Sale-A-Bration set! With this card I played with the fringe scissors. I like the texture that it gives the card. I've seen some cute flowers and pencil toppers made with the fringe scissors. I haven't gotten around to trying those yet, but they are on my to-do list!

Just to Say Hello

Petal Parade

Well, Sale-a-bration is over, taxes are done, and I finally had some time to take photos, edit photos, and post photos! Blogger and Google spent a couple of days in cahoots plotting against me...I still don't know how I managed to get my post to work the other day! I usually have problems with Internet Explorer so my default browser is Google. After two frustrating days of accomplishing nothing, I decided to see if I could get my photos uploaded to Blogger using Internet Explorer. Much to my amazement, it worked! While the internet gods where smiling, I uploaded every photo to a draft! lol! After all that negative energy working against me, this cheerful card makes me smile! I absolutely loved these Sale-a-bration products and I hope you were able to participte and get some of these awesome free goodies! While the Sale-A-Bration freebies are not longer available, this is a great layout to use and there are other great products that you can still add to your collection today!
